Synopsis

After being rejected on the reality show America’s Next Super Pop Star, quirky singer/songwriter DAISY JANE willingly signs a contract with music mogul LUC, (aka The Devil), and finds herself separated from boyfriend BEN while being surrounded by a cast of crazy characters. DAISY skyrockets to fame with the smash hit "Boys and Candy", but tells LUC that she wants to write her own songs. DAISY’S positive attitude slowly gets crushed under the constant pressure to be "The Biggest, Baddest Star". Flashforward to DAISY’S world tour - she is at the top of her game but about to hit rock-bottom. BEN, determined to save DAISY, gets a job at her record company and signs a contract with LUC to trade his soul for hers. LUC closes in, reveals BEN in chains, and after a trial where the ensemble considers her case, he explains that DAISY’S soul is his no matter what. When it looks like all is lost, DAISY proposes a challenge to LUC that he cannot resist: a sing-off in front of the world on America’s Next Super Pop Star. If LUC wins, she and BEN belong to him. If DAISY wins, she, BEN, and whoever else is under contract with LUC can go free. With 25 original pop/rock songs that capture the madness of today's celebrity culture, the show culminates in a thrilling, interactive finale where the audience decides who wins: the devil who controls it all, or the girl who survives a career that takes her - literally - to hell and back!
